helpful staff amazing staff quality food poor room quality broken plug breakfast availability
the location was great and janet from reception was helpful. staff were amazing and the food was 100% quality and fresh. we had a very good time , the breakfast was varied.
the bathroom door didn't shut properly , and the sink plug was not working. i thought the quality of the room could be better.

helpful staff top class facilities comfortable bed expensive parking roof leakage high price
The staff was superb. The location is fantastic. The facilities are top class. My room had a nice layout, it was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable! I really appreciated the fresh linens.
The parking cost £19 a day. It is a disgrace, it should be free. It rained one day. They had buckets all over reception catching water leaking from the roof. I don't pay to see this.

the standard queen room was sparkling clean! i found fresh towels delivered daily. the hotel provided breakfast. the food was tasty with many options.

insufficient pressure absent refrigerator
The staff accommodated my request for a room on a higher floor.
The bathroom was dated. The shower delivered water with insufficient pressure, a clear deficiency. The in-room refrigerator was absent.. I consider this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

Acceptable Hotel with Issues
traffic noise unsealed windows
The room lacked proper soundproofing. Traffic noise was very noticeable. This disturbance occurred throughout the night and early morning, specifically from 6 AM. The hotel windows did not seem well sealed. This impacted my ability to rest properly.

helpful staff on-site parking lovely pool dated room basic facilities faulty air conditioning
I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has on-site parking, a great bonus. I enjoyed the leisure facilities, especially the pool (it was refreshing!).
The room felt a little dated and basic. It reminded me of a Premier Inn. There were no amenities, only basic coffee facilities and the air conditioning unit decided to become a heater in the middle of the night.
